REFLECTOR FOR TEAMS

See what may have influenced your team’s decision.

REFLECTOR organises the premises, possible influence mechanisms, hypotheses and the information that was missing before a decision was made. It does not assess employees and does not promise flawless choices. It helps a team pause, ask the right questions and check what it does not know yet.

How we work

A diagnosis before the workshop. Work on real material. A concrete change afterwards.

01 · Before the workshop

The team shares real material: an offer, a message, an AI recommendation, a description of an important decision or a fragment of a process. REFLECTOR prepares an initial diagnosis.

02 · During the workshop

Stefan Podedworny verifies the conclusions and leads work on:

  • what actually follows from the source
  • possible influence mechanisms
  • hypotheses that need checking
  • alternative explanations
  • missing information
  • a safe next step
03 · After the workshop

The team receives a summary of the key findings and a set of recommended questions to use in future decisions.

When teams reach for REFLECTOR

Wherever it pays to pause before a decision and check what is still unknown.

Important team decisions

A recommendation, a vendor choice, a change of direction. REFLECTOR organises the premises and surfaces the questions worth asking before the decision is signed off.

Reviewing communication before publication

A review of advertising and sales material for elements that may need checking: pressure, apparent urgency or unclear costs.

Marketing
Compliance

Working with AI recommendations

A model’s answer is often more confident than it is justified. REFLECTOR helps separate what follows from the material from what is only a hypothesis.

AI Governance
Risk

Workshops and skill building

Work on the team’s real material instead of abstract case studies. The outcome is a set of questions that stays in the decision process.

Three ways to work together

We start with a pilot on real material. Everything else is agreed afterwards.

REFLECTOR team pilot

from PLN 4,900net
up to 10 participants
initial diagnosis on the organisation’s real material
online workshop of up to 90 minutes
temporary access to REFLECTOR for 30 days
summary of shared mechanisms and questions
no individual behavioural profiles of employees

Ethical Ad Audit

from PLN 2,490net
possible dark patterns
excessive pressure
hidden costs
apparent urgency
influence of AI suggestions
elements that require verification
recommended legal consultation

The audit points to potential communication and behavioural risks. It does not replace legal advice.

Organisational rollout

individual quote
a larger number of users
a series of workshops
team access
an agreed aggregate report
integration with the decision process
an individually agreed scope of support

The scope is agreed individually — after a pilot or after a conversation about how decisions are made in your organisation.

Net prices (PLN). VAT invoices available (exempt rate).

What REFLECTOR does not do

This is part of the offer, not fine print.

It does not build individual behavioural profiles of employees.
It does not point out which employee makes which mistakes.
It does not automatically assess the quality of anyone’s thinking.
It is not a tool for performance reviews or HR decisions.
The post-workshop summary describes shared themes and question categories, not the behaviour of specific people.

Who runs the workshops

Stefan Podedworny — decision and behavioural economics researcher, doctoral candidate at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the discipline of economics and finance.

SGH is the author’s affiliation. The university is neither a patron nor a certifying body for REFLECTOR.

The biggest mistake in decision-making is the belief that we make decisions rationally.
— Stefan Podedworny

Start with one real decision.

The pilot works on your material, not on textbook examples. Afterwards you will know whether it is worth going further.
